Buying a vehicle from GA Auto World in Woodstock was one of the smoothest, most straightforward car buying experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s thanks to Greg Bailey. From the moment I reached out, Greg was professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. There was zero pressure, no scripted sales pitch, l just real communication and a sincere desire to help me find the right vehicle. It’s clear that Greg runs his store with integrity and a customer-first mindset. Every step of the process was efficient and transparent. Greg made sure I had all the information upfront, answered every question directly, and handled the entire transaction like a pro. You don’t get that “dealer dance” here, just a clean, honest deal and people who actually care about earning your business the right way. What stood out most was how Greg treats his customers, with respect. You can tell he values relationships over quick sales. It’s rare to find that kind of approach in today’s market, and it shows in how comfortable and confident I felt doing business there. If you’re tired of the typical dealership nonsense and want to work with someone who’s real, reliable, and all about doing right by the customer, go see Greg Bailey at GA Auto World. He and his team are doing things the way the industry should be doing them. Highly recommend, I’ll be back for the next one.

I searched all over the car websites for the specific Lexus I wanted and finally found it at GA auto world in Woodstock, GA. I live in Colorado so I wasn't sure how buying a car across the country worked so I gave them a call and Mike explained the entire process. He sent me pictures and videos of the car that weren't on their website and he was extremely helpful and communicative through the whole process. Greg in the finance department was also incredibly helpful. In the end my car was trucked across the country here to CO and ended up in my driveway! Mike, Greg, and the folks at GA auto world changed my view on what customer service can be, thank you for all your help!

Purchased a car from here this week with Mike as our salesman. He was very helpful, honest and even stayed well into the evening to get the deal done. Overall made our purchase very easy, definitely recommend this place. We are very satisfied with our new car

10/10 would recommend anyone to Ga Auto World WOODSTOCK!!!!! As a first time buyer I was super nervous, but my experience was smooth all thanks to Mike and Mark. They make you feel right at home and don’t waste any time making sure stuff gets done!
